1. Door –to-door delivery is only made in Mauritius. The company however reserves the right to restrict the delivery of goods to only a section of the island.
2. Only one delivery address is allowed per order placed.
3. The products will be delivered by an independent carrier.
4. Delivery is made as per the slots shown in the website/mobile app. The company however reserves the right to increase/restrict/cancel/amend the delivery days/time depending on the availability of carriers.
5. The addressee shall have an option to schedule a delivery time slot. However, if no one is present at the delivery address on the agreed time, we will endeavor to call the addressee and make a second delivery attempt on the next working day. Should the delivery be unsuccessful on this second attempt, your order will be redirected to the Savegenie premises and we will inform you accordingly (by email or phone) for further instructions. A delivery fee of Rs. 250 would be applicable for the second delivery.
6. Delivery will be considered complete upon signature of addressee (or of his representative) on the order invoice or via order delivery confirmation mail and no claim whatsoever will be entertained after that.
7. We will not be liable for the late or non-delivery of the products or for any loss, damage and/or prejudice suffered as a result of any incorrect delivery or occasioned by events beyond our reasonable control.
