There is no minimum order value. We provide free delivery for orders upto Rs. 500 and charge Rs.
50/order for orders less than Rs. 500.
    There are two delivery options:

  1. 1)Delivery within 3 hours: Looking into modern living scenario in mind, we wish to deliver your order ASAP. In this option the maximum delivery time limit would be 3 hours, but we would try to reach your doorstep earlier.

  2. 2)Delivery as per Time slot : We provide you the option to choose the time slot as per your convenience between 9.00 a.m to 9 p.m.
You can change your delivery address before placing the order. However, you cannot change the delivery address once the order is placed. You can cancel the previous order and place a new one with the changed address.
We accept payments via 'Cash on Delivery' and 'Credit/Debit Card on Delivery'. Soon you will also have the ‘online payment’ option available.
We believe Company’s success lies in happy and satisfied customers. At the time of delivery, return whatever you think is unacceptable. We have a “No Questions Asked” returns policy.
You can cancel your order by contacting us at our customer care number any time before the order is out for delivery.
You can reschedule your order anytime before it is out for delivery by contacting us on customer care number. But once the order is in transit, rescheduling would attract additional delivery charges.
Savegenie wallet is your virtual wallet in which you receive cash under our “Refer & Earn” scheme or any other cashback earned due to promotions which we run from time to time
The cash amount in your Savegenie wallet can be used in your next shopping on Savegenie. If your shopping is more than your savegenie wallet cash the differential amount has to paid at the time of delivery.
Yes, Cash debited from your wallet for an order gets credited back if you cancel that order
After confirming the address, order summary sheet will appear wherein it asks Savegenie Coupon Code. Kindly fill a valid coupon code and the coupon amount would be deducted from your total order amount.
After confirming the address, order summary sheet will appear wherein you have to tap on “Redeem Wallet” option. The balance in your wallet will be used in shopping. The net amount after deducting from wallet will be payable by you. If your shopping is less than your wallet amount. The balance in Wallet can be used in your next shopping.
