Return and Cancellation Policies



We at Savegenie strive to give you a great customer experience and 100% satisfaction each time you shop with our partners. If at all you are not completely satisfied with your products for the problems like products do not match what you ordered, expired items, damaged items, items of different brand, items of different size, duplicate items etc., you can return your full/part of the Order for a full refund of paid price.

However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either. So return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unused and undamaged condition.

Please note that:

  1. Savegenie’s Returns Policy does not apply to items which has expiry date less than or equal to 2 weeks from the date it is manufactured
  2. Refund/ replacement for goods is subject to inspection and checking by our retail partners.
  3. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  4. Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge if any would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

Mode of refund depends upon the choice of payment you opted while placing the order. If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either reverse credit to the Credit Card or your Net-Banking account or issue Savegenie Credits. Savegenie Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.

If the payment mode was by Cash On Delivery, we can either issue Savegenie Credits or Bank Transfer. If SavegenieCredits were used to make a purchase, refund will only be issued as SavegenieCredits. This can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.

Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends on the bank. Also there may be additional delay for nationalized banks. Banks send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than Rs. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than Rs 5000 kindly check your bank account or credit card account.

Schedule a pickup using our logistics partner by calling us. The cost for the same will be borne by us. Make sure the products and order summary are kept ready when our partner comes for a pick up.

Shipping charges would not be included in your refund value of yourorder as these are nonrefundable charges.

No, as the orders are processed within a span of hours, we do not encourage cancelling any orders after it is placed. We request you to check the items/products you wish to purchase before you place an order.
